Support & Payment Terms
What a voluntary contribution to the RE:BOX project means — and what it does not mean.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Voluntary project support
Contributions are voluntary support for the development of RE:BOX, including prototype development, material testing, return-logistics research and testing, and pilot preparation.
What a contribution is not
A contribution is not the purchase of a finished product, not a pre-order, and not a security, loan or investment. It grants no equity, voting rights, profit participation or guaranteed reward.
Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
No guaranteed delivery or launch
No delivery date, product availability or commercial launch is promised. Concept renderings and specifications are illustrative development concepts and may change materially.
Payment providers
Payments are currently possible via Stripe and PayPal. Each provider is subject to its own terms, privacy policy and technical availability. The payment amount is chosen and confirmed by the supporter directly with the payment provider; the amounts suggested on this website are orientation only.
Errors, refunds and disputes
If a payment was made in error, please contact reno1781@gmail.com promptly and we will look at the case in good faith. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Chargebacks and payment disputes may also be handled through the relevant payment provider and under applicable law.
Project changes
RE:BOX may change, pause or discontinue development at any time. This does not create an entitlement to an investment return or to the delivery of a product.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
